We're disabling old fashion IRC Ports

In efforts to make our network more secure at any time as per January 17 2022 we will be closing the ports (Plain 6665, 6666, 6668, 6669) on all Servers.
You are required to use Port 6667 or +6697 (SSL, recommended) in the future.
