Leek Soup - I had never had it before, but gave it a try. It was good and the family approved, so it is added to my recipes. I found a simple recipe online, and added some cooked chicken for protein. It's Low-Carb and Keto. A total hit! The recipe suggested blending it smooth but my family likes it a bit thick.
