Nicknames with Age under 15 in the Nick

Due to the current circumstances, we prohibit nicknames that could give other chatters the impression that the user is under 15 years old. This applies to both year numbers and numbers that could stand for an age. The administrators are given freedom of interpretation here. This regulation comes into force with immediate effect to protect all users.
